Tuesday's with Crawford #15
Guess what, this week, Tuesday with Crawford is actually coming on a Tuesday, and with pictures. Wow. I actually have a little time tonight and am trying to catch up a little bit. Let's see...the pictures I am adding are from July 4th, 2010 with the Ingram's (my sister in law's family) and the other's are from the art exhibit at the Michelson Art Museum. These past few weeks have been crazy, and I am on my last week of training at Region VII for my alternative certification program, so...my life will slow down for a week or so. Ha ha ha! But, we are looking forward to an upcoming family wedding of Jason's cousin Justin, so we get to see the family. Jason is an usher in it, so I look forward to him having to shave and wear his contacts at the same time. :) He had an exciting day today, he got interviewed on the radio station here in Marshall for the upcoming deer season and deer hunt that will be held. It is available on KHMT.com if anyone wants to hear him. Crawford is doing great, growing like a weed. Right now, it is all about spider man. Suddenly, he wants to eat, breathe and be spiderman. It's lots of fun, but I hope he eventually grows out of the comic book stage (he gets it from his daddy!). So, I hope everyone is having a cool (hahaha) week. See ya next Tuesday for another Tuesday with Crawford.

Falling Behind....
Dear viewers (the whole three I have) HAHAHA!!!...I am so sorry for the lack of pictures, blog, and Tuesday's with Crawford. Right now, mama is going to three weeks of training in Kilgore (thiry miles one way 8-5 Monday through Friday) and when she gets home, all she wants to do is play with Crawford. Mama is also constantly looking for a teaching job, so all of her extra time is spent looking for new job postings to get the edge on the other's in this training. SO....I promise I will try to get updates on soon. I am just EXHAUSTED and can't get going. Please keep me in your prayers for a job for the fall. I really would appreciate it!!

Changes...
Well, today is my last day at the Solomon Law Center. I have worked here for a year and a half, but next week I start my three weeks of torture at the ESC in Kilgore for my teaching certificate. While I will miss it greatly, I know that I have to do what is best for me and my family, which is finishing up the trainings required for my teaching certificate. Of course, I still have NO job for the fall, but I know that God is going to put me where I need to be and provide all that we need between now and then. It is bittersweet, because I really love my job, bosses and coworker, but if all goes right, Coke will be DA next year anyway and they will be at the courthouse. Jason says it's my turn to do what I love and get my dream job (teaching), so he is in support of this also, plus it's a three week training. So, with that said, I will miss you SLC, but I will be close by!!

6 Years...wow
Last weekend, Jason and I celebrated our 6th anniversary as Mr. & Mrs. Jason Roesner. We went to the boardwalk in Shreveport, (yes, with Crawford in tow) and had Joe's Crab Shack and then did a little shopping. Sunday, we took Crawford to a Shreveport/Bossier City Captains minor league baseball game. These past 6 years have been amazing and I can't wait to celebrate many, many more!!

Tuesday's with Crawford #14-Crazy Scary!!!
This week, no pictures, and not alot of words, just PRAISE TO GOD!! After a great anniversary weekend with my two favorite boys (spent in Shreveport), we were just minutes in our front door when Crawford came to me spitting saying "nasty." Well, I jumped off the couch to see what was "nasty" and on the counter was Jason's blood pressure pills, OPENED!!! So, Jason put Crawford under one arm, and the rest is a blur to me until I had to witness my poor little 3 year old child in a papoose, strapped down with only his head out, being held down, getting his stomach pumped...through his nose!! Yah, there's a visual for you huh?!? After pumping my helpless childs stomach for more than 30 minutes, they put charcoal down him in hopes that it would pass through his system and get the rest of the poison out. So, we stayed overnight and after his pedi came in and checked on him, a call to poison control, and one very scared mommy and daddy, we got to go home. He is back to his normal self now, running and jumping and playing. Having tons of fun, being a boy. And, yes....all medicine/first aid/anything he could get into...is now in a locked box in a locked cabinet. Let me be the first to say...Jason had NOT been careless with his medicine laying around. It was out of reach, but the little toot got on a chair from the dining room and pulled it down and got the childproof cap off. So, noone is at fault, just praising GOD that Cman is okay and back to himself.
